- Over ten years experience in commercial and residential construction.

- Graduate of the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Training Program; the premier training program for the home inspection industry.

- Successful completion of the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors (EBHPI) National Home Inspection Examination.

- Registered Home Inspector - Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI).

- National Certificate Holder - Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI).

- Completion of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) Mentorship Program.
